Instructions & Guidelines
- 1 Application Form: You must download (DOWNLOAD HERE), print, and completely fill out the student details, including specific marks and your chosen paper options.
- 2 In-Person Submission: If you are visiting the Sabha in person to hand over the application (+ Self-address envelope with stamp), you can make your payment directly at the Accounts Department.
- 3 Postal Submission: If you are sending the application (+ Self-address envelope with stamp) by mail, you must include a Demand Draft (DD) covering both the revaluation fee (charged per paper) and the application cost (charged per student).
- 4 Fees: Revaluation fee is Rs. 200/- per paper for R.B. Visharad to R.B. Praveen. Retotaling / Revaluation fee is Rs. 100/- per paper for Prathamic to Praveshika. The cost of the application form is Rs. 10/-.
- 5 After Revaluation / Retotaling, if any change in the mark, we will send out a letter by POST. You shall send us the original Mark Card or Certificate along with the Revaluation / Retotaling Report issued by the Dept.
- 6 Decision of the Sabha will be final.
- 7 Avoid duplicate payment. Please do not submit the payment more than once for the same application. Duplicate payments will not be refunded — they can only be adjusted for the current session only.
- 8 If your application is accepted and the payment has been deducted from your bank account, but the portal still shows "Payment Pending", please drop a mail to karyalayasoft@gmail.com with your application details.
- 9 Mark Fluctuations: Marks can increase or remain unchanged after revaluation. The answer sheet goes to a Senior Pracharak for spot valuation.
- 10 Online payment is strictly an additional optional facility provided for convenience. It exists alongside the standard offline modes of payment such as Demand Draft, Debit Card payment at Accounts Department.
- 11 System Traffic is Not an Excuse: Payment failures, delays, or system timeouts occurring on the Last Date due to heavy server traffic, network congestion, or slow internet connectivity will not be accepted as a valid excuse or reason for a complaint.
